    The Time Mattel Made Ken Gay

    This item is popular for an odd reason. During the 90s, Mattel paid researchers to find out what was popular among young people in fashion. What this research resulted in was the height of gay rave fashion in the clubs! This Ken sold better than any other Barbie on the shelf at the time, but was recalled after six weeks of sale because of the implications of his attire. This Ken is a must-have for any LGBTQ+ doll collector as part of queer history.

    Great addition to any Ken doll collection

    Excellent doll for its age, alot of these dolls have an issue with a shine on their face and body if they are not kept out of bright lights.
