Item showed a complete working it. Arrived with whole harness cut. Pieces of wire loose in the box. No electric switch. Emailed them right when the item arrived. Took 1 week for a return label. Took another week for refund. Bad communication. Offered me $75 discount for a messed up product.

idk what to say. why does it take almost 2 weeks to deliver from Alexandria Louisiana to humble Texas. Why is it in El Paso? should of been here Friday. this Tuesday would of been 2 weeks since I bought it and still haven't received it. if I were to buy from harley it would of been here in 3 to 4 days. didnt buy from hd cause I wanted to support local sellers.
this whole buying experience is the worst I've had on ebay. Still dont have item. Better hope works or contacting ebay about this.
