I paid for UPS one day shipping and he shipped it as USPS shipping. Promise date of 10/2 and as of 10/4 have not received item. Since item was not received as indicated date shown on all receipts and tracking, I requested the shipping fee refunded. His response was rude and lame. In regards to shipping, what you request is not what you receive. This part was the thermostat so this Labor Day weekend we have no AC and 95 degree temperatures. A aged house and holiday plans. Do not buy from seller.

Item was purchased on a Thursday before Labor Day. The listing showed one day shipping and handling. If I had shipped the item UPS on Friday (as scheduled) it would have arrived on Tuesday (after Labor day).I substituted USPS next day air and shipped on Friday. The tracking number showed arrival on Saturday but it didn't happen.The package ended up arriving Tuesday as originally planned. Unfortunately I have no control of shipping once it leaves me. All I can do it do my best.

Great Value and Quality
It completely resolved my issue with the old thermostat after wasting hundreds of dollars on repair companies. I simply removed the old thermostat, answered a few questions and all has been well for the last couple of weeks.
