Safelight condition is better then described. Shipping cost was lower than other safelights I was watching. Seller made an offer that made the purchase more appealing. Care was taken in packaging the light and the delivery was fast. I have installed the lamp as a secondary lamp and now have better illumination in my dark room. I highly recommend seller! A+++++

The item I purchased was described as an "open box" but the item received was not an open box, as per Ebay's definition. In fact, the package received had a label that said, " factor sealed" which didn't make sense because factory sealed purchases' do not include USPS return envelope. Further, if the package was "factory sealed" then why where the contents unsealed and opened. I would not recommend this seller at all. In fact, I urge everyone to avoid this seller.
