Everything received as stated in seller's ad. Shipping was fast even with a weather delay. The packing was ok a few holes in the box, but the hitch was in good condition with all parts enclosed. I was going to go OEM but couldn't find anything about how it was made and the Crut receiver had info and reviews all over the Web so I felt good about what it offered, and the price was right in the sweet spot. This seller came through and didn't leave me hanging after placing my order.

Have not installed the part yet but the hitch appears to be the correct hitch. It came in a brand spanking new Curt box, unopened, nice!!Amazon sent me the wrong hitch in a repackaged box. Boooo.
