    Good, but batteries hard to find

    The phone itself is excellent, although I'm still getting used to it. The biggest problem I've had is finding a spare battery and external charger. I was unable to find these items on eBay, and finally had to go to a different site to order the battery and external charger all the way from China. The battery life is reasonably long, considering the phone's wide variety of features.

    Great for downloading and playing MP3 files

    I use this Alcatel model as an MP3 player for my Spanish lessons. It downloads and plays my lessons very well. I have bought this Alcatel model in the past on Ebay.
