I bought the cream as a gift to be delivered to my friend in UK. The seller didn’t mention the price does not include VAT. The delivery was held due to unpaid custom fee. I contact the seller & they told me to pay the extra £91 (VAT + handling fee) so as to get the parcel delivered. I paid the custom fee online & my friend finally got the parcel. But the parcel didn’t have any protective packaging & the cream has spit out. The seller simply put the cream in a paper bag. Very bad seller.
