My seller went out of their way to make sure that I could get the modem working, but my local store/tech person could not get it added to my account. Seller was quick and easy with the return. However the vacuum showed up with broken wheel and the head didn’t turn. Seller blamed it on shipping but not sure how the shipper made the head not spin.
