    Making Math Fun Again

    I used this math game years ago as a fourth grade teacher. Each afternoon before dismissal I would give the kids the 4 numbers. Everyone worked very hard trying to get the 24 answer. Just before the bell rang, kids that got the correct answer were rewarded with a piece of candy. I was in big trouble on days we ran out of time to play 24. Remembering this, I bought 24 for my grandson who is 9 and loves numbers. He loves the challenge! Kids don't realize that they are practicing addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. My fourth grade classes and my grandson would rate this with 5 stars.
