Unfortunately, I had to ask for a refund for this product because it was missing parts and didn't go together correctly but the seller's communication was great and they refunded my money very quickly after reviewing the pics that I took of the clothes rack, after trying to assemble it. I would have given the item description 1 star because the rack couldn't be assembled; therefore, not like the item pictured in the ad, but it was new and was packaged well. I would buy from this seller again.
