    Nutricost Thiamine B - 1 100 MG

    In our house we alternate with the amounts of Vitamin B 1 that we take - so both the 100 MG and 500 MG are used by both of us. I feel very blessed that this one is readily available on eBay. Many thanks to all.

    Vitamin B1 Review

    For over a year I always felt like I was in a fog, it didn't matter how much sleep I got or anything. I tried different supplements, but they did nothing. I then found an article about vitamin B1, and all the effects of low vitamin B1, so I bought a bottle and tried it, and it worked. No more brain fog, I don't feel itchy all over, and I feel more alert. This stuff works and I highly recommend it. For the first time I can actually say that I will be buying more.
