Convenient. Looks sturdy. The stethoscope allows to hear the sounds clearly enough. The pouch is a little bit small, but still can accommodate both the sleeve and the stethoscope, plus the few small replacement parts that com with these in a separate pocket. The rubber pipes never self-detach from other parts, and don't bend flatly, which was an issue with my previous device.

Looks good. Function was poor. Stethoscope was shiny with alot of parts bit it's functionality was very poor. Same with the cuff.
