I ordered 6 mugs and they were shipped quickly via USPS and were as advertised. Unfortunately, one of the mugs was broken upon arrival. I might add that the mugs were all packed properly using packing paper and sealed in an inner box that was placed in a larger box and surrounded by air cushions. The postal service must have played basketball with the box to break the mugs. I sent Rob a message informing him of the issue and he issued a refund within an hour. Great customer service.

Great option for the price
It’s a simple wake up clock that’s affordable. Once you learn the buttons it’s easy to set. You just have to play around with it a little bit. If you know that on the front end then you won’t get frustrated. It does a great job to let your child know it’s time to get up or it’s time to stay in bed

Awesome clock for little kids
This clock is amazing! My 1.5-year-old was waking up at 5am still tired but we didn't know how to get him to realize it was still "nighttime" and to try to go back to sleep. Well we've had this clock about 2 weeks and now he sleeps until 6am! To teach him the concept we made a "crib" for one of his stuffed puppy dogs using a cardboard box and a pillow. We did pretend play during the day by laying puppy dog down in his puppy crib and only letting him get up when the clock turned yellow. We also laid the puppy down at the beginning of bedtime and all naps. After a few days my son understood blue meant nighttime and yellow meant he could get up!This clock is amazing!
