For an experienced seller, very poorly listed, bad communication. "free post does apply in the UK, but there has to be a purchase of another item or the order will be cancelled" - how bad is that? if you offer free postage, give free postage. If you don't, advertise a shipping price. This is just ridiculous and unacceptable.
