After I payed, the seller found a small, almost invisible, hole in the sweater which didn’t appear on the description. I wouldn’t have noticed it if he didn’t prevent me about it, but he did. Without me asking for it, he proposed to refund me and let me keep the item, even thought I told him it wasn’t his fault.
The most professional and honest seller I’ve ever met on EBay… Absolutely a keeper!
