I gave the seller all five with the exception of communication as I had reached out several times to confirm when the laptop would be shipped, unfortunately I never got a response until I had to reach out to eBay to have them contact the seller. I totally understand that things get busy but as a seller I always respond to my buyers when they send a message.

Item arrived with no PSU. Description stated that this item was working. I've asked the seller to send the PSU for this item, which I've never received any communications from them. I had to order a PSU for this and when plugged in, the item will not boot or respond. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM OR TRUST THIS SELLER! HE JUST WANTS TO OFFLOAD NON-WORKING INVENTORY AND MAKE A PROFIT DOING SO!
