I ordered this battery on 1/31. A USPS shipping label was created on 2/1, with an estimated delivery date of 2/9. On 2/13, I had still not received the battery, and the USPS tracking system stated that they had not received the item, so I contacted the seller for an update. They stated that they "identified the problem, but were out of stock and would issue a refund." It is now 2/26 and I have still not received the refund, even after filing a claim with eBay on 2/22.
