I have already stripped one of the screws. You might want to pick up a few high-quality, hardened screws from your local gunsmith when you get a chance. Overall great rings for the price...considering the best quality ones easily cost over $100, i.e. LaRue, American Defense, Samson, etc.

Useful for combos because
Few combination guns have a built in rail to accommodate a scope on the shotgun barrel. With these, I just detach the scope and use the same gun for deer hunting that I use for duck. I checked with my local expert, and he said that I would not have to sight it in every time I removed it and put it back on.
