Item was not new as advertised. It was clearly used and damaged beyond use. When I asked for a return the seller suggested I had done the damage. I made a second request for a return including the fact that the tired package box that was sent did not match the image of a much newer box in the listing. The seller claimed he thought the item was new when he acquired it. The seller accepted the return and made the refund promptly.

Item being sold was from one of our customers who misrepresented this to us. All towers were sealed in plastic along with installation tool. These appeared New in "Opened Box" and listed as such. Apologized to buyer and refund was issued once item was returned. By looking at our years of selling on ebay one can see this is something extremely rare for our establishment.
