    A typical "new generation" Revell kit - good kit - terrific price.

    Like the header implies I like this kit quite a lot, while recognizing some failings in accuracy, described elsewhere by other, more "expert" reviewers. The obvious pluses are: good, well thought-out engineering; really good molding (zero warping or flash); very nice detailing overall; clear easy to follow instructions and above average decals. And last but not least, the extremely reasonable price - as compared to other similar offerings from the "luxury class" manufacturers this kit is a huge bargain. The Spitfire MkI takes it place among Revell's other recent offerings as a highly satisfactory "modern" tooling representative of one of the most beautiful and interesting aircraft of all time. I highly recommend this kit to anyone looking for an enjoyable build on a budget.

    Revel 1/32 mk2a

    This is the kit you want if you’re in the market for a Battle of Britain era spitfire in 1/32. This kit has great detail but does have some inaccuracies (which are fixed by adding a few aftermarket parts) - rotol propeller correction -barracuda studios (wing correction/oil cooler/radiator) I have chosen to purchase their cockpit detail, door detail and photo etched seat belts as well :)

    Worth the price

    I purchased this kit to replace a previous kit of the same make & model because it came with the incorrect wings and fuselage I contacted Revell but they said it will take 5-6 months to receive the correct parts I wasn’t going to wait that long This kit has the correct parts with no issues
