Best Exercise Video I've Seen!
My son is the one who got me interested in it as he told me that they offer beginner options for the exercises and as I am going on 71 and have osteoarthritis in both my knees it's going to be the bare minimum for me; at least to start off with. I watched the whole Time Crunched video to "get familiar with it" and to see if I thought it was worth it. It definitely is worth the $10 purchase. Even if I don't get past the first stages, I will at least be moving my body which is what I have been needing to do for quite some time now. I'm taking it slow. I also like the fact that the background "music" is hardly noticeable and the instructor is absolutely great. I like how they show beginner/intermediate/and pro all at the same session. It is great to see what might be possible to do as ... How else should an exercise video be named?
Been using the DVD a lot since purchase. The exercises are doable but tough as they should be but with the madifications shown on the DVD even I can do them and get the benefits.
