REALITY: Watch hangs very loose from my 7 inch wrist (3 links) on its tightest glide-lock-clasp adjustment. Seller actually meant buyer needs to buy a link-removal kit and learn watch repair OR take to a watch repair shop for proper resizing of the screw-pin-links. No instructions or watch screwdriver included. Still trying to find proper tools. Beware of seller.

Customer assumed the bracelet could be adjusted from 6 to 8.5 inches without removing any links. I apologized for the miscommunication and offered them a few options to remedy the inconvenience. They rudely accepted a partial refund and still proceeded to leave negative feedback out of frustration that they ordered the wrong tool (they never asked us which tool was needed). At Zion, we are all about customer service but we will not tolerate threats nor abuse. Look forward to serving you all!
