Greek post mark showed it was mailed 5 February but arrived in New York 30 March. Postage charged was $4.50 = 4.15 Euros. Stamps on envelope were 2.50 E. That's the rate for economy international shipping according to the Hellenic Post (ELTA) site. True, the listing did say that economy shipping would be used. The normal international rate according to ELTA is 4.00 E. So, seller charged buyer the normal rate but used the economy rate, and it took almost two months for the 3 stamps to arrive.

Registered mail from Greece to New York costs 7.50 and delivers in 10 days at the latest, A priority mail costs 4.00 and delivers in 15 days at the latest, B priority mail costs 2.50 and delivers in 20 days at the latest, I sent it on February 5th and it should have been delivered by March 1st, I can't know who is to blame and it took an extra 29 days a month and arrived on May 30th.However, the auction said Distribution:Estimated between Fri 10 May and Fri 21 Jun to 30132Please note that the
