The box wasn't fully enclosed which caused the item to be exposed in spots, and damage was suffered during the shipping process which dented the side and caused the face plate to pop off. It is performing as intended, and is an excellent unit for the price so I am happy with the transaction.

Took seller 10 days just to create a shipping label after contacting twice and 19 days to receive the item. Upon arrival, the item was broken in a couple places and the package was in horrible condition because it was not packed correctly. See pictures attached.
