Product Information
Two rival gangs are sparring over the drug trade in the Chy-town. During a bloody three-way shootout among the gangs and the police, an officer wrongfully shoots an innocent bystander. Lt. Cusak refuses to join the code of silence regarding the shooting, and he is ostracized by the other cops.
