The best test of Ethics of an Ebay seller is ther way they handle a refund situation. This seller refuneded the purchase price and shipping on a really beautiful Sony Handheld tape recorder which passeed startup tests and spun the tape...but which did not play well or record due to a hidden flaw. The seller took my worde for the flaw and the machine's status and issued the refund sight unseen. I will not hesitate to buy here again and neither should you.
