Surprised. Quite worried after seeing all the negative feedback around not getting items delivered or wrong things getting delivered. But, the filters turned up on time to the minute. Parcelforce gave me an email saying it would get delivered between 10:06 and 11:06 and at precisely 10:06 it was delivered. Well packaged. Item as described.
