Great print quality but poor instructions
This printer has amazingly good print quality and was very affordable, however, I am so tech challenged it was very difficult for me to set up and start using it. There were scant and vague instructions that came with it and trying to find the instructions on the internet was next to impossible. In fact I never did find set up instructions for my specific model so I followed instructions for a similar model. It would be nice to have a users manual (for us dummies) included inside the box with the printer.This printer has amazingly good print quality and was very affordable, however, I am so tech challenged it was very difficult for me to set up and start using it. There were scant and vague instructions that came with it and trying to find the instructions on the internet was next to impossible. In fact I never did find set up instructions for my specific model so I followed instructions for a similar model. It would be nice to have a users manual (for us dummies) included inside the box with the printer.

Find a good older model that works.
Does not work out of the box. I'm old school, and have had several HP printers (with cable) that did work immediately. Jump to the year 2020, wifi everything, and nothing works. I still don't know if the wifi on this printer works, simply because for days, every time I tried to start it with wifi, I got errors saying to PLUG IN THE USB CABLE for setup. They don't include the printer cable. I had to wait a week to get my own cable, and of course it works now. And, I'm not taking the cord off to see if the wifi works. This printer was very easy to set up and use. The quality of the prints was better than expected for a device of this price. The only issue encountered was that the feed rollers would occasionally double feed or chew up the edge of paper if more than a certain number of sheets were in que.
