    There was a small issue, seller communication was great and the issue was completely resolved without me needing to return the Dell 3189 Laptop. This computer has far better performance than my old HP X360. Battery life, considering the age of the laptop, is fine. I recommend going into settings and making adjustments to reduce some of the unnecessary Windows graphics effects to improve battery life since that stuff is nothing but eye candy. Consider a battery life calibration too.
