Positive experience with this seller but giving 1 star due to poor item description. I ended paying $11.40 for one tiny spring. This same spring can be purchased for $15.00 for a bag of 50. It's bizarre that they would advertise this way. When I challenged them, they quickly refunded me with little to no hassle. Like I said, positive experience because they sent a refund but advertise and price your products with a little more integrity.

This is a great item for the price. I am using it is my guest bedroom closet but don't think it is quite sturdy enough for my own. My husband put a few extra support screws in it and I know it will be fine in this room.
