After eBay's delayed delivery window had come and gone, I requested advisement from seller on status of not yet shipped eBay indication. Seller says yes... Its presale! So he refunded my money from whence it came. Hummm... pretty sure msg sent via eBay's messaging system said, "buyer still request delivery." Seller indicated that if I still desired the coins that I could reorder them again on seller's presale. That's one way to communicate to eBay that the transaction is reset. So be it :)
