    The CF 22 makes my Leica even better

    I use the mount flash on my Leica dlux 4. The camera is great, the cf 22 makes my camera amazing. Pictures are crisp, better colors, better everything. I have an eBay store. I use the mount flash when I photograph items for my listings. I also use it at a certain amusement park in Anaheim, CA. The flash helps me take better pictures of my daughter when she poses with live characters at the park. The flash also gets action during the holidays. Indoor family pictures look better when I use the flash. The mount flash is the next step towards better pictures.

    good, but fragile

    This is my second CF22. It is small & compact and has good output & recycling time, however it is easy to break off the base which has the serial number. Care has to be taken when removing it from the flash shoe as the body - which is all plastic - can break off. This happened twice to me. The last time it damaged the components.

    TTL compatible with Leica V-Lux 4

    I love this flash. I have been looking for a flash that is TTL compatible with a Leica V-Lux 4 camera for years. The specifications for this flash, the CF-22, said the TTL function was functional with the Leica D-Lux 4 but made no mention of its compatibility with the V-Lux 4. I was delighted to find that the TTL function works with my V-Lux 4! The flash came with very complete, easy to understand instructions and the TTL exposure worked perfectly with the first shot I took.

    Bright, precise flash system

    This flash is brighter than I expected. It works perfectly with my Leica V-Lux (Typ 114) and weighs very little. It fits easily on the mount, integrates with the system controls and software, and takes up little room in my camera bag. I am not a pro photographer, but for what it's worth, I found this accessory to offer great value for the money.
