I ordered 6 mugs and they were shipped quickly via USPS and were as advertised. Unfortunately, one of the mugs was broken upon arrival. I might add that the mugs were all packed properly using packing paper and sealed in an inner box that was placed in a larger box and surrounded by air cushions. The postal service must have played basketball with the box to break the mugs. I sent Rob a message informing him of the issue and he issued a refund within an hour. Great customer service.
