This package arrived at my house exactly when expected. I opened it and discovered these jeans must have been in childrens size. I looked at the attached tag and it stated "size 16 regular" but it was obvious not 1 of my legs would fit inside these jeans. I contacted ebay and advised of the problem and they authorized me to return them. Even though the size was mixed up I received great service and the process went very well.

Item was sent in a bubble mailer which caused the box to sustain damage in transit. Seller was quick to respond to issue and offered a free return but given the value of the item, it wasn’t worth the bother. Hopefully the seller will send items in a box next purchase. Thank you

Thank you for your feedback. The pictures the buyer provided showed the box with a slight crease with them also stating that the doll was still fully intact and not damaged. I offered a refund and return but buyer said they gave doll to their child to play with. I always try to do my absolute best to resolve any issues with any who purchases from me.
