    Belkin F6D42304 Wireless Router Nice But tricky

    With the Belkin Enhanced wireless router n150 you have to be a little computer savvy in order to avoid annoying disconnects and drop outs. The router work very well when configured correctly. The CD setup to make your life easy is practically useless. I always configure these things manually. If you don’t know how to manually configure the Belkin router you can always look this information up on you tube. There’s lots of video how to manually configure these routers The performance is very good if you’re looking for an inexpensive N router this router does the job nicely. Being a single signal router I see some in improvement in speed and distance that of IEEE 802.11g but not much. As I stated before the router works flawlessly as long as you configure it correctly.

    Belkin (F6D42304) Router

    I was excited about the router initially, despite the negative reviews I found elsewhere on the internet. Setup was fairly easy, but I ran into problems with the network key and wound up on the phone with tech support for 10 minutes (no surprise, I couldn't understand the person very well, at all!). Now, nearly a month later the router is a nightmare. It disconnects without rhyme or reason. Tech support does not care about the problem and Belkin won't refund or replace the product. Stay FAR FAR away from this router!!!

    Very easy to setup at a great price

    This item is compact and very easy to setup. It was at a great price also ...I was replacing a G router and was looking around for a inexpensive N router. I also can use it as a acess point which is useful for better reception.
