Items arrived damaged due to seller's negligence. Collectible silver ingots were packed loose, without any cover or protection whatsoever. They bounced around conspicuously inside box and scratched and marred each other, reducing their value to that of silver scrap. I had asked specifically seller to make sure to package ingots securely. Seller is not responding at all. I'd be careful not to buy anything fragile and valuable from this outfit.

The Norman Rockwell set with collectable ignots were in a case that has slots designed to hold each of the 10 bars securely. The case completely covered the silver ignots with a sturdy bottom flap and then with the top of the case which snaped together securely. The case itself was wrapped in bubble wrap and then enclosed in a cardboard box and wrapped in brown paper.It was sent Priority Mail with insurance and signature confirmation. refund offered x2
