This book is about Pat Summitt, head coach of the Tennessee Lady Volunteers, and her formula for success, which she calls the "Definite Dozen System." This is a motivational book that she and Sally Jenkins wrote to help motivate anyone to achieve at work or in life. If you are a fan of Pat Summit or the Tennessee Lady Volunteers, then is a good book for you just to read about coaching strategies and techniques, or just a fun read if you need help motivating yourself to do better things. This is not a book about Pat Summitt’s life or the history of the team so if that is what you are looking for then this would not be the book for you.
I love the content of this book, the signature of the author makes it very special. I purchased this copy for a gift and I'm very pleased with the quality of the used book and the validity of the author's signature.

Words to live by if you want to be a success. Pat isn't afraid to tell some plain truths about herself and her life and/or show her softer, funny side to illustrate her Definite Dozen. I found the book inspirational and entertaining. A great read by a great lady.
