The guitar build and quality is very high. No joke - It rivals custom shop guitars that are 4-5 times its price range. The U shape neck is not chunky at all. Intonation is good. Frets aren't sharp.The guitar looked good and was ready to be played out of the box. The shipping was very fast. It took less than a week, exactly 6 days, to process, package, and ship the item, from Japan to Hawaii. Customer service is really good. Shout out to Yukari for always responding in a timely manner.

The package arrived much faster than the estimated arrival date. The watch was packaged very securely, ensuring it arrived in perfect condition. I am upgrading from a GX-56BB, and the MIP display on the GPR-H1000 is a significant improvement. I've attached a picture to show the difference. Highly recommend this seller!
