The TRX is a great addition to anyone’s home workout equipment. I’ve been passionate about working out and train 5x week for the last 10 years. Most people may want to compare the TRX to their local gym and the truth is you can’t compare a full size gym to any home equipment unless you’re ready to spend big money. The value the TRX provides within its price point is perfect. I use it on days the gym is closed (snow days) or when I travel. You can find many workout videos online. The TRX system is super fast and easy to set up for home workouts. I use it on the deck, strap it to our pergola, then turn on my iPad for a great TRX workout. When it's too hot, I bring it indoors and connect it to a door then get to work. Love it!!

We started using the TRX straps in PT for my knees, glutes, and abductors. I realized that I was about to graduate from PT, and would not be able to continue my exercises. My PT showed me some simple upper back exercises that I desperately need. They also corrected some of my posture and pelvic position while doing the moves. My husband watched, and now he is using them every other day, too. He can do some of the exercises shown on the videos on the website. We have them hanging on the den door for frequent use. I am heavy, and I feel secure using these very nice straps. My PT said that if there was 1 piece of equipment to buy, this was it, since it uses your body weight and has such a variety of exercises.
