Fast speed, smood running.
My laptop has same hard disk drive. I tested Seagate utility program for sector test, the HDD has no bad sector at all. working great, fast and quiet product. low power use. easy tech. support from Seagate test program and can fix bad HDD, if power on. I do not know how long I can use. first HDD is 3 years old and start to making bad sector. but I fix by use the utility program and this HDD is my main and orignal HDD is back up HDD.My laptop has same hard disk drive. I tested Seagate utility program for sector test, the HDD has no bad sector at all. working great, fast and quiet product. low power use. easy tech. support from Seagate test program and can fix bad HDD, if power on. It's a Seagate!
I got this to load Linux OS and it's been great. It's quick even at SATA 2 (My mobo supports SATA2 so this drive is a match). I have this mounted in a desktop system and being able to boot either Windows or Linux is a plus. This makes a great OS drive for Linux.
