Packaging was careful and it appears well made. I used the included custom cut Velcro mounting so I could easily access the replacable CR2032 coin cell. It is worth mentioning that this has a REPLACABLE battery unlike other hour meters that are thrown away after 1-2 years. Language barrier on instructions but figured it out. You can also turn off the display for storage.
