Item was not disclosed that it was in that condition. We are unsure how it happened. Package inside was not secured properly to handle shipping. Seller was not concerned at all and just said to return item. I wanted to see if we would have been able to work something out without the return as it took me a while to find this game. I wish we would have come to a better agreement.
