Buyer has had item for 21 days. Never reached out to me to tell me their package arrived partially broken. This package is fully insured and I would have taken care of the claim with the Post Office. I cannot help you with any problem if you never reach out to me to tell me there is a problem. I try and package my items very well, but sometimes things happen along the way after I mail them. I am sorry you didn't reach out to me first. I totally would have taken care of it. :(
