Despite the fact the device was sold as “Refurbished - Excellent” I could see absolutely 0 flaws with it. The minimum battery life to hit Excellent was 89% I believe, it arrived with 100. Absolutely zero scratches or imperfections, I don’t even know if it had ever been used before arriving. Could not be happier with my new phone, will definitely keep an eye on this seller for future purchases

Item delivered on time. Phone is clean, works well and is in fact, in Very Good Condition as advertised. Had a couple of questions that customer service responded to very quickly by email. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase for the price I paid. The only negative issue was the packaging used for shipping, not real substantial for a delicate item like an iPhone but at any rate, no damage that I could see.
I think it was a good buy and still have over a month to return the item if necessary
