The annoying thing was that I couldn't get fedex to allow me to pick the item up at a third location, per seller's requirements, until after they tried and failed to deliver it three times, and then I had to go to the fedex facility before they returned it to the seller. I assume fedex is mostly the issue, but perhaps this can be taken into account by the seller.
