This may not be about the seller as much as about Mint. The service has been absolutely horrible. The phone shows 2 bars of signal, but a speed test shows 1/2 Mb/s, not usable. Customer service is hard to get and results in nothing. I will never ever have anything to do with Mint or the owner T-Mobile. T mobile's map shows complete coverage where I am at. If I drive next to the tower, a speed test results in 7 Mb/s.

Really weird that this buyer left us negative feedback and then explicitly mentions it was through no fault of our own that his sim had issues. Obviously we don't own Mint Mobile cell towers nor control their service. We also fully refunded this buyer for his inconvenience and yet he refused to revise his asinine feedback.
