    This is the real item!

    Buying superior quality knives - especially fixed blade knives - is a constant problem for me. I have particular needs and desire the best available knife to meet those needs. The problem I have though is that I can't afford the outrageously high prices most manufacturers charge for their best knives. Ka-bar is a superior quality knife. It has the trust of the United States Marine Corps and the United States Army as to size, strength, durability and price. I am also convinced that this knife is the best knife available on the market and available at a much lower price than I expected. This knife just may be the last knife I will ever need to buy! Time will tell.
