This co. was so great to work with when inexplicably the order was duplicated and both had shipped within hours of ordering. They contacted the shipping co and had the 2nd bed returned + gave me immediate credit! Excellent Customer Service! As for the bed itself, I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the bed. The headboard panel is a particle material that does not match the white painted wood. I researched many beds and this was not the cheapest. Buying online is always a risk!
