    Prefer new not used.

    Well it's a phone. I got it to use as an mp3 player primarily. When I recieved it, there was some damage to the back and around some edges. It never stayes connected to wifi and seems to have some software issues. Other than that it's okay I guess. Unfortunately at the time of this review I left it at home so cannot take pictures at the moment.
