This seller sold me an item that has a defect, and nothing was written on the description about it. The seller refused to admit it. All I received from this seller were insults in the messages. In addition, the seller messaged me that there would be no resolve, no refund and no return. The seller left me negative feedback even before the resolution was completed. I had to contact eBay and, thankfully, they got involved. I was able to send the item back for a refund.

Your accusation of rudeness from my end is baseless and unfounded. Moreover, your blatant refusal to engage in an amicable resolution demonstrates your lack of willingness to cooperate. To exacerbate matters, the item was carelessly returned devoid of any semblance of proper packaging, resulting in irreparable damage.
